Pros

Good benefits, small workout facility, product discounts.

Cons

Long hours, too much time spent on data loading-not enough on the actual product and limited advancement opportunities. Salaries are below industry standard.

Pros

CSC has generous health benefits, PTO, employee discount, employee store, etc. Senior management is professional, approachable, and well compensated.

Cons

There is little training in the stores located outside of the Portland area. Ideas flow down not up. The retail customer experience is driven more by a trip to the kiosk, to sign-up, than by the he needs of each customer or the individual customer service style of each associate.
