-There are no avenues for growth within the company. -Pay equity between members of the same team are non-existent. New employees are brought in at a salary 20% higher than more senior teammates. Told there are budget constraints when asked for pay equity. Sure that the person replacing you will be brought in at a higher rate. Told multiple times that the only way to remedy this is to find another job. -Not valued by leadership and little recognition. -Would rather have turnover than pay existing employees fairly.

Corporation attitude Vocally doesn’t care about employee longevity. Warehouse has a hidden policy of you either suck up to the right managers or you get nowhere. Hard work means nothing to this company. Will gladly end careers of employees with over 10 years at the company to cut budgets and give them bad severance pay and no warning.
