Started off strong but quickly declined

Pros

Starting salary was great compared to my peers A lot of learning in the 1st year with support Hybrid model was flexible at the start but quickly changed Office was nice

Cons

Very bureaucratic After my first year, barely any raises or bonuses and always an excuse for why it wasn't me and it was the company Wasn't promoted or given more responsibility after 3 years of work there - wasn't even a conversation with manager Poor management Constant company restructuring (went through a 1.5 year lay off, told everyone it ended in an email and then laid off more people 2 months after that email was sent out) Support from manager died off after first year Stagnant growth opportunity

Good work life balance Overall good benefits package Well located office Talented colleagues

Cons

Good strong culture is lacking IT can be challenging - slow systems, dated software etc Office fit out is old and overcrowded due to 4/1 structure. Too much micromanaging from senior management re office attendance.
