Pros

Some intelligent, talented group of employees. Flexibility. Not too demanding. Decent benefits like healthcare.

Cons

Ever since 2024, the University leadership is absolute, performative trash. They always talk about social justice and equal rights--how they are fighting for the right causes--when all they care about is $$$ that never goes to the employees. Horrible, unlivable salary and when you ask for better compensation, HR gaslights and smirks at you. Also, no room for career growth or promotions.
