      Pay, OT, cheap benefits, easy work

      Cons

      backstabbers, lazy useless union workers, no a/c or heat, benefits were cheap and poor because of it, overworked you, expected 6 days a week and then 7. no life/work balance. work is your life. terrible management. enforced rules that violated OSHA regulations.
