Cons

Primary payor source is Medicare/Medicaid so limited in profits, but they still continue to give annual increase and end-of-the year bonus.

This is a small hospital with a family feeling. Love the leadership team. Pay is competitive. Lots of recognition for employees. Treated with respect.
