Pros

Supportive team. The company looks for ways to make progress internally and externally. They genuinely care about you as a person and that's makes a difference in a work environment.

Cons

It's quite a bit of information during onboarding to familiarize yourself with and it may be overwhelming but the team is very supportive so it's not burdensome

- Company is uniquely positioned to solve a problem that is critical to the future of journalism in America. - Most intelligent and kind group of people I've ever worked with. - Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere. Most people lived in D.C. and had stability of an in-person office. - Small company, fast growing company so everyone has a lot of agency and responsibility. - Managers provide good mentorship and you'll learn something everyday.

Cons

- Uncertainty of working at an early stage startup. Job changes consistently. This can be a pro if you're into that kind of thing
