Managers don't take training seriously nor the employee experience. There is no accountability by management who set up employees for failure. HR department is a mess, payrolls are constantly in error, there is little to no organization for employee benefits and there is no personal touch. There is no comradery in teams and your manager doesn't hesitate to throw you under the bus to make sure they end looking ok and get that year end bonus.

This review is from personal experience so that it may vary for others. My supervisor was passive-aggressive and mentally abusive. I was hired to be remote and learnServiceNow from scratch. The resources they give you are limiting, and you are expected to be an expert after a few months. My boss would call and message late at night about work. He would play mind games like tell me to ask questions and then when I did ask me why I didn't know that. I lived in fear of him the entire time I worked there. I ended up in therapy because no one trained me, and I worked 12-14 hours a day to try and make up for it. Unless you're desperate, avoid Highmetric. They'll say they're flexible, and they yelled at me any time I was away from my computer. The company is a toxic place to work.
