Pros

This company has a great atmosphere to work in. The team is very welcoming. We are consistently learning new things. It is a remote work environment, however, will have yearly on site events with whole team. There are great career opportunities and they promote within.

experience, and time learning a new industry

Cons

management couldn't care less about you or your family, pay is low, employees are disgruntled, and operations are falling apart with management allowing the blame to fall on customer service and the AM's. Employee moral is low.
