Work from home Gain some clinical skills Coworkers are nice

Cons

Leadership does not listen to you or your concerns. They are more concerned about meeting quotas than the well-being of their employees. Toxic environment for long-term work. They also make you stay past your scheduling hours so if you get stuck on a call you have to stay beyond your time. You are treated like a work horse.
