Pros

The people at ComPsych are always more than willing to support you through whichever task. ComPsych employees are so kind as well. The flexibility to work from home is great, and the work that the company does matters which is very rewarding.

Cons

Management seems to never have time on their calendars to meet. It feels as if in connects with management it is like we are flying by the edge of our seat and just doing the task to check it off the list and move on to the next one. When needing additional support, sometimes it would take a couple of follow up emails to management. The work that we do matters, but it is not motivating when you need to follow up with management on more than a rare occurrence. The idea of growing in this company seems to be giving you more accounts with your existing book of business and not working on in your one on one development in other ways. You are not micro managed in this job which is great, but it’s to the point where it feels as if management does not have the time for you and you’re forgotten about.

Pros

ComPsych is a very stable and supportive place to work. I've held several different roles here and management has always been very supportive of career goals and advancement, encouraging me to take the next step and grow with the company. I've experience a lot of growth opportunities here and feel the company as a whole invests in their employees. The company is very good at seeing the strengths and skills in their employees and encouraging us to develop and use those. In a client facing role, you often have to have difficult conversations and I have always had the support of my managers and leadership which is not something I have experienced at other companies. Account Management can be a very stressful job, but the internal support and culture at ComPsych makes it much less so.

Cons

The compensation and benefits are a bit lower than some other companies, including those in similar industries. I've often weighed that with the stability I have found I ComPsych. Cross department communication can be a challenge and I often have to follow up on items, but that is often a challenge with any larger company.

Pros

Fully remote work is available, that is it...that is all.

Cons

This should be a placeholder until you can find something else. The pay does not match the amount of work and expectations required. I accepted the low pay ($15.87) thinking I would just be taking calls but there is much more behind the scenes (admin/wrap up work) and a lot of information to process and remember in just a 2-week training window. I decided it was not for me and left mid training. Do not walk...but RUN from this company. Please believe the negative reviews and why their rating is so low. Everything said has been experienced. The turnover is very high. This is one of those jobs you will be able to identify right away why the turnover is so high and why they are constantly hiring.
