      Pros

      The general work culture is good. Everyone is extremely friendly and gets along really well, so if you're just looking for job and less focused on forwarding your career it's not a bad place to work.

      Cons

      If you're looking for a company that is up to date on current technology or to work for a company that really cares about mental health, skip ComPsych. We are still using excel/word from 2013. No invesment is put into technology. Additionally, though the CEO has the academic backing to call himself a psychologist he's truly a conservative business man. He doesn't invest much in the people and runs the company in a very old fashioned way.

ComPsych has a unique policy of gifting a Rolex watch to employees who have completed 10 years of service, a car to those who have completed 20 years, and a surprise gift for those who completed 30 years. It's an incredible incentive that motivates employees to stay committed to the company for the long haul. This gesture from our CEO not only shows his appreciation for hard work but also serves as a reminder of the incredible culture he has created. ComPsych's commitment to its employees is a testament to the company's values and our CEO's vision, and I feel incredibly proud to be a part of such a remarkable organization, which made an incredible impact on my life as well as the life's of all of our customers' employees as part of an incredible services ComPsych provides.
