The current flexibility to work from home is nice and certainly a draw for employees A few TLs are great leaders

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for growth Lack of mentorship or quite frankly any investment in employee longevity Poor pay

Pros

Once you get into the swing of the job, it’s rather easy and not something you even think about once you log out for the day.

Cons

I will say training is horrendous and you are on your own to learn things. Pay makes it difficult to want to stay longterm

The people I worked with is what kept me there so long; they were great.

Cons

Do not pay enough and the yearly salary raises are disrespectful, especially because you will definitely be working over 40 hours a week and it can be a high-stress job. The company "Holiday Party" (which is in January??) is just okay - I think employees would appreciate a bonus instead, even if it was just 1k. No internal communication about what is happening in the outside world, i.e. social unrest, world news. Oh and the vacation time is very low too and you do not get a lot of holidays off.
