Pros

Good work culture. Colleagues and managers value your opinions. Open door policy. Work-life balance. Lots of lunch options near the Chicago office. Job security.

Cons

I needed to defend myself hard whenever I requested to work from home - life happens, and I wish they were more flexible. Punching in and out, even if you are a full-time employee. Expensive but ok coverage insurance.

.......Heat? The building had heat.

Cons

They don't let you know that january is a high work month. Shortened lunch on certain days, production goal is raised, and pto use is "not allowed". They do provide lunch on those days though.
