Pros

The people who I worked with were very nice and welcoming and the location was convenient.

Cons

Pay was not the best, you are working at a call center with a lot of unhappy people yelling at you. It's a fine job if you are okay with those things but was not my cup of tea.

Pros

Snacks were good and the bagels on Fridays were nice. The building, festivities, location, some coworkers were good. Good work life balance. Met a lot of good people even though most ended up leaving fairly soon.

Cons

Pay could be better but it wasn’t the absolute worst. Health benefits weren’t great and the copays were high. The training was inconsistent which made things hard and stressful. There was a lack of growth potential.

Pros

Work Life Balance is great. They are very good at helping adjust schedules to fit needs. Breakfast on Fridays, Snacks & Juice everyday, Clean office.

Cons

The benefits are too high especially for the low salary they are paying. No bonuses if you're not in the call center, low pay and a low percentage raise yearly. Not much room for advancement. High turnover and current employees are stuck doing work in other departments due to short staff. Did I say the pay sucks. Oh yea low pay.
