Very little room for growth. Just a cog in their machine. Training to move up is erratic as it’s based on opinion of how to complete a claim successfully versus fact or specific model. One trainee shows one way then after completing the module submit to another trainee who may have completed it entirely different and thus making you return to edit until satisfaction but trainees.
