Pros

Co-workers in my particular office were nice. Two weeks of training.

Cons

They trick you into thinking you'll be doing clinical work when you're really just a glorified receptionist. Nothing wrong with being a receptionist at all, but I didn't get my MSW to be a receptionist over the phone. Typical call center setup. Company is more concerned about numbers of calls a day than quality of calls. Basically, it seems like they trick individuals with human services degrees to work for them because they know most of our jobs pay so little anyway.

Pros

If you need the experience for your profession, go for it. I wouldn’t plan on hanging around for long....

Cons

High turnover at every level. There is little room for growth, and people leave the moment they can find something better. Unethical in that high earning employees are terminated with no proper warning, even at management level, in order to save on costs with a lower earning replacement. Management is cheap, and you can feel the effects of it. Poor and old facilities that are not maintained or updated. This is apparent by the duct tape holding the carpet together on the floor, or the daisy chained power adapters powering dozens of computers. Very few office perks make you feel unappreciated. Very low quality Old and slow computers with square monitors and productivity software older than a decade. IT is unresponsive, and it can take hours to get a hold of someone, even for simple requests. Poor and ineffective management structure leads to a lot of frustrated employees. Instructions are funneled down from the very top with little autonomy in middle management. The only people that are around for long are upper management, that alone should tell you what you need to know. This is no place for a career, be very careful.
