Pros
I worked in the FMLA department as an administrative assistant. The group of people that I worked with were lovely, from management to other admins. The team that I was the admin for was about 30 people, and every single one of them made me feel like my work was valued and important. I loved going into work with them, and with the head of our department, who is one of the best bosses I have ever had. The only reason I left was because I had a life-changing opportunity outside of the field that came up -- and every single person was supportive of me in it, especially my boss. I would absolutely work here again, and will be singing their praises forever.
Cons
As an admin, it was frustrating when facilities things didn't run smoothly (ie, paper delivery to the floor, printer issues, etc.), but that was honestly my biggest con. As with any corporate job, there is also some form of hierarchical drama that isn't fun, but any impact I had from that was so small, and didn't have to do directly with my department.
