Pros
Working from home is about it and coworkers are nice
Cons
This company only cares for their statistics and data meeting goals , I should've listened to the reviews before I got in too deep. Your mental health will deplete tremendously , the pressure to be perfect to have all these goals met while having to jump around the company to assist other areas that aren't your position because the turnaround rate is so high no one wants to work here . More work load no real pay raise and they disguise it as "moving up " when it's only manipulation . Having to do your work someone else's work when they aren't present on top of so much they will randomly assign it's unprofessional . To be one of the biggest EAP companies the money doesn't show for it they only care about pleasing the clients and adding on more work to maintain a status that is high because of how hard they work their specialists . Many of us are burnt out the turnover rates are high no one is happy here unless they are in positions of authority so do yourself a favor and choose you . Paychecks feel like chump change you won't even make $18 coming in , PTO is a joke and if they feel the company's image is at risk due to backed up workloads they won't allow you to take off work or mention mandatory overtime if we don't worked 100 times harder than we already are it's literally anything to please this company and the higher ups but no real compassion or compensation for the ones who make it all happen the most you get is a shout out on a PowerPoint slide . Everyone's attitude is nice which makes it more manipulative but the micromanaging is insane you are watched like a dog . Dont be like me and try to see for yourself go where you are valued !!!
