      Pros

      There's an emphasis on developing internal talent and promoting from within that I rarely see at other companies. The management teams really do their best to build rapport with their teams and take the time to really get to know their goals and struggles.

      Little flexibility in the work schedule PTO is earned at a rate of approximately 4 hours every two weeks

      Good office location, nice coworkers, consistent schedule

      Cons

      I find the 5-star reviews hard to believe as genuine reviews from employees here. Workers are seriously underpaid considering the company growth and job demand. This is clearly a company that does not care about you and you feel that every day. Management seems more concerned about getting companies to use us for EAP services than it does about actually delivering quality results.
