      Pros

      What I appreciate the most about ComPsych is that it is truly focused on delivering a good service. The people that I work with are amazing and passionate about helping. We work with so many people and it is rewarding to know that we have an impact every day. These are tough times and what we do is very important and we take that role very seriously. The payoff is when we see the survey reviews and the comments are nothing less than remarkable. It is hard to describe the feeling you get when you see that we have literally saved lives.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with the good comes the bad. Working in the mental health field can be very stressful. There are some days when you are extremely relieved that the work day is over and you can turn off.

      Pros

      I joined ComPsych because I aligned with the mission of helping people, and never have I seen it more than since COVID hit. We’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people (around the world!) in the past year, and we’ve done it all from the safety of our homes. It has not been easy (both adjusting to working from home and to the demands of the job), but my manager has been awesome and the town halls with Dr. C have been reassuring and given me peace of mind that I have job security and that we offer a unique service that is in demand, especially now.

      Cons

      Overall I haven’t had too many issues with my technology, but would be more productive (and happy) with a second monitor and headset. Anyway you can give these to existing employees?
