      -Great management -Relaxed work environment -good work-life balance -You genuinely help a lot of people -Your input is taken seriously by management -No micromanaging -You will learn a lot about a wide variety of financial topics

      Cons

      -limited upward mobility within the department, however management is great about promoting professional growth within the company -not the best 401k matching policy but overall good benefits

      I have enjoyed my ability to progress quickly in my time at ComPsych. My managers have always been very engaging and open to assisting me in continued progress at the company - and somewhat in my personal life. My teams have always been very open and helpful.

      Cons

      There is sometimes and over-reliance on people, but this is being continuously examined and appears to be something that is moving towards change as growth progresses.
