Pros
ComPsych is an excellent place to work, especially if you take your career seriously. The skills you already possess will be valued, and there are always challenging projects to give you the opportunity to develop more. Sharing of knowledge is a big part of the energetic, positive and encouraging culture. There is open, honest communication between staff and management. The dress-for-your-day policy is another plus in a land where there are no real minuses.
Cons
It's a decent walk to Union or Ogilvie train stations, but there a buses for the colder weather. It's all worth it for the fantastic location.
