      You will be overworked. There is such a high turnover that no one can catch a break or get ahead.

      Pros

      Aspects of keeping abreast of changes that occur in FMLA and accounts. Bagels on Fridays plus light snacks and juice daily. Near upscale stores by River North & Magnificent Mile.

      Cons

      Not really an introduction for human resources; environment is actually a call center with overwhelming consecutive phone calls, quota requirements, difficult to move around to other teams/units.

      I think that this is a great company for those just starting out. They offer an ok salary for beginners and the work is not all that challenging.

      Cons

      This company does not offer many opportunities to move up and it is sometimes difficult to move around. The pay is not great for a person with an extensive work history. The benefits are also very expensive.
