- Once work is over, there is no work to take home with you. - Some days may be over the top busy, but a majority of days are relatively chill. - Incentives for pursuing certifications. - Small team, can do things in your own way.

Pros

Holidays off (sometimes with an additional half-day). Co-workers, team leads, and mentors were helpful for the most part. You’re able to vent within your team, which I know can be helpful in getting through the day. Most employees that call in are polite.

Cons

Some people are condescending when you ask for help, even when you’re new and wouldn’t know as much as they would/do. Team leads are knowledgeable but sometimes too trusting in what a write up says, without fully investigating it themselves. So you could get an inaccurate write up for something. Trainers are good and thorough, but the “tough love” approach doesn’t work with everyone. There is a lot to learn in such a small amount of time. Many people in my “class” quit before training was completed. Can be mentally and emotionally draining. These are cases where people are sick, injured, experienced loss, etc.
