Pros

Easy to commute, Accrue PTO at a good pace, Free water and snacks (when restocked and working)

Cons

Management discriminates, No room for growth, Unhealthy competition and bitterness between coworkers, low base pay and even though you get a raise every year, it is so small that it doesn't make much of a difference. I worked here for almost three years and busted my butt to surpass daily goals, train new employees, and took on more than my fair share of work and special tasks. No recognization besides being given more work. Was bullied by past managers about losing my job. Gave my two weeks notice and was never even acknowledged until a week after when HR emailed me the departure process. I never heard from my manager about leaving and when I went to turn in my ID, they had left early. I tried to move to different positions in the company that I was fully qualified for and never even heard a response while coworkers who weren't doing special tasks were being promoted constantly.

Pros

I get to help people directly every single day Great location in NBC Tower and great people to work with Free snacks, drinks, and bagels Lots of ability to move throughout organization True team feel

Cons

We are growing fast, so there are days when it feels like we are trying to keep up. Management seems to be aware and are hiring more team members to work with us. We are here to take calls and help people, so I am not sure why others are surprised that we are asked to do our jobs...but maybe it isn't for everyone.

Pros

Everyone is willing to help Snacks and juice team leads are wonderful

Cons

You do not make bonus if you make a mistake- Mistakes are made when we have to rush and have no time move at a comfortable pace. If we are told to treat each person as a person, let us finish up our call and our thought before hopping onto the next call. needs more communication with claims team

Thank you for your review. I agree that we have a team that is always willing to help each other out, as well as great team leads. I also agree that mistakes should not become punishment...that is not the culture we're trying to create. Focusing on the customer and the call is how our business is run. Definitely speak with your TL if this is something that continues to not feel aligned, or feel free to come chat with me anytime. Our employees are absolutely the most important asset to our organization. If there is anything you need when going through day-to-day, or a difficult time, we will work to provide support so you can balance everything. Again, if you have ideas, please let me know! ~Anne Scharm, SVP HR
