      Pros

      Working for "ComPsych", as been full of all new experiences and moments. I am impress by the constant communication and flow of team work, as well as the improvements done for employees to feel comfortable and capable as they do their jobs. The work environment is very fast but learning it all has been fun and interesting. Being the type of person that likes listening to others and offering assistance, I definitely feel this is the place for me. It has been rewarding and I can really say I enjoy my job to the fullest.

      Cons

      There is still improvement to do, from both the administrative and the employees side. Working for a company that offers Mental Health services and in the moment assistance can be at times overwhelming and tiering. It is important to always remember to take care of yourself and rely on others if assistance is needed.
