Pros

Compsych has a good atmosphere with supportive coworkers and chances for upward or lateral mobility. There are also good benefits and professional development opportunities.

Cons

If you work in the call center, it can be tedious work. There also tends to be a push towards micro management.

Pros

At this moment i can’t think of any.

Cons

There is no real structure. Also they have work that’s done off of the phones, but they have no proper way of choosing who gets these jobs. You can be at the company for years and someone that’s there 3 months will get the easier work just because they hang out with management outside of work. There aren’t many african american men at the company and they all are in ground level positions, not sure if it’s because the company doesn’t really want to be a equal opportunity. Also the interview paints a relaxing beautiful friendly place, but it isn’t. Call takers aren’t appreciated at all and they’re the ones that works the hardest.
