      Pros

      A good place to work where your views and suggestions are noted down and also are directed in the right path if the views are not customer satisfactory. Lot of things can be learnt at work with support from experienced senior team members. It is not an easy start at the beginning, but over time, work and tasks become easy and self-manageable.

      Cons

      No free time perks/activities such as board games, carrom or chess due to space constraint other than Outdoor activities like Walk/Run Groups, Employee Connection Groups etc

      That place absoutely sucks. "Management" is laughable. Moral consistently stays low.

      I love working for a company that positively impacts people’s lives everyday. The senior leaders are passionate about the services we provide and willing to roll up their sleeves to make sure the customers have a great experience. We are constantly growing and evolving as an organization.

      It can be challenging to balance the fast pace environment and innovate at the same time.
