Great environment and culture. The boss is awesome

Cons

Doesn't seem like there's opportunity for advancement unless you're in the Chicago office. The insurance is not that great either. Why do we have IL insurance when we reside in Florida

Cons

Management does not care even a little about the employees. They take every opportunity to make working here miserable. They tell you there is room for advancement, but that only applies if you are friends with management. They expect the fact that you get free bagels on Fridays to make up for all the disrespect that goes on there. Job has a very high turnover rate and for good reason. Management puts on a front that they will listen to employee feedback but they really end up doing whatever they want and whatever is best for their bottom line.
