      I have worked for ComPsych for 19 years. The people are great with a can do attitude and they very much care about our clients. I have seen the company grow from under 300 employees to over a 1000, and our willingness to meet our customer needs is incredible!

      Fully remote, flexibility with own schedule, ebb & flow of busy schedules & more relaxed schedules depending on the time of year, good amount of PTO from the start & gradually increases with length of employment, great communication/collaboration with co-workers/teammates, employee appreciation/praise is pretty frequent; good work/life balance, with no expectation to work more than 37.5 hrs/week

      Sometimes technical issues, but that seems to be standard with remote work; pay is a little on the lower end compared to industry standards, but you do get an X% increase each year

      Pros

      Great support from training and on. Kindness from the team and management. Always feel valued and trusted, new growth opportunities arising. Good work/life balance

      Cons

      Poor pay for important work, little professional training/resources on new coaching products in socio/emotional areas. Feels like the products are created to appeal to customers without actually training the coaches on how to help the clients with these new topics that are more clinical and psychological. This can be very mentally and emotionally draining on coaches.
