The work is interesting, engaging and requires independent thinking. I appreciate the autonomy and the respect for my work duties. My manager respects my work and appreciates my contributions on a regular basis. Always given opportunities to grow and thrive in this company. Clearly, the best job situation I have ever had.

Cons

While working from home is a tremendous advantage, I do miss the human interaction that occurs in a workspace. It is difficult at time to learn from other colleagues, but need to constantly reach out to others. You are never an island even when it may feel this way.

I've worked at many places, and I gotta say, the people at ComPsych are the best by far. Generous and collaborative, the people here want to get the work done and also really care about the people doing the work. There is a bedrock trust that you and your colleagues are doing their best work and that you will "win the day" together. I work in the FMLA part of the business and I also would say things are changing so much there is so much opportunity to help create new and better ways to solve problems. This doesn't happen at other companies. The people who work here really become experts.

Cons

Like all companies we are still trying to figure out the new hybrid approach to work. Sometimes the office can feel pretty empty. But I think the company has done a good job of setting the tone for expectations about collaborating and I think it's really important that they have not required return to office.
