      Pros

      I feel very supported by my manager and my team is great to work with. Everyone across teams has a growth mindset and encourages different points of view. The company as a whole is doing something that matters and I feel like I'm part of something bigger than my role and my projects, which has a lot of meaning for me. I get to connect my passions to my day job and that makes me proud to show up at work every day. I've received good feedback from upper management and I feel like a valued member of the team.
