Pros

Please pay very close attention to how poor the employee benefits are. Not only are the Health Care premiums ridiculously expensive, but the 401(k) program is way below market average.

Cons

I left ComPsych in 2015 and went to rollover my 401(k) assets to my new employer only to find out that the brokerage fee to conduct a withdrawal is equal to $100. Yes, Dr. Richard Chaifetz arranged for there to be a broker aligned to this 401(k) account and the broker provides zero (0) services to the plan participants; yet it is costing me $100 to withdrawal my money. The whole Voya broker personal relationship with Dr. Chaifetz is unbearable, and it once again is at the employee's (and former employee's) expense. Just like how everything there is run, through personal relationships without any benefit to the employee. Word of advice, if you are silly enough to work there, sign up for a Roth IRA instead of their 401(k) plan.

Pros

A pro is having a job, learning about benefits

Cons

Compsych/FMLASource is a third party outsource HR company that administers benefits and other service to other companies. Each month a few hundred thousand new employees are added to the growing list. Unfortunately they do not have the staff to support it. Three locations for this company include Vegas, Ft Lauderdale and main office in Chicago. Still have same feeling as most reviews from Chicago. Started expecting experience within the HR field and growth opportunity but at the end of the day this location is just a call center and outside of moving to Chicago not a lot of growth available. Fl treated like the red-headed step child of the company so those pros of bagels and activities don’t exist. 30 min lunch and no breaks. Definitely a call center atmosphere where you are pushed, micro managed and scowled if not answering one of the 100,000 calls from employees that either donot read instructions or attempting to abuse benefits
