Pros

There are many opportunities for advancement. I've been with the organization for almost 1 year and have already advanced three tier levels. Next step will be a promotion.

Cons

Pay would be the only reason that I would consider leaving this organization.

Pros

Very nice people to work with and office space. Benefits were okay. Nice spot to be if you like the hussle and bussle of downtown Chicago. The views from the customer service area was beautiful.

Cons

The amount of calls and issues were sometimes a bit too much (sad). I almost needed a counselor after a week of taking some of the calls. It was too sad for me so I left one day and never returned. I wanted to tell everyone good bye but it was just to depressing of a position. Maybe someone with thicker skin could do this job and that's okay.

Pros

I've been able to learn more about other aspects of my profession that I would not necessarily get elsewahere. We have a good group of people in my department. Location is great.

Cons

Punching in/out should be eliminated especially for salaried employees since it creates a feeling of mistrust. Starting salary should be higher for those in my department.
