Pros

Chairman is a visionary who keeps the company well ahead of the competition; focus is on client-service excellence; the bar is always being raised; extraordinarily talented, well-educated, dedicated work force who truly care about their clients; strong management team; amazing growth -- company is winning business and growing globally.

Cons

ComPsych is going through the normal rapid growth pains -- more communications from managers about what's happening in the US and globally would be great.

Pros

Great industry, progressive thinking CEO

Cons

CEO takes belittling attitude toward employees including senior management. You never know the ground you are standing on. The politics is sickening...the inner circle prevails. You spend more time preparing for things that you never get to present and constantly belittled for what you say. It is not an environment to take risks despite what the CEO says.

Pros

For the most part, same level peers are very nice to work with. Middle managers seem like they try to care about their employees but are afraid to ruffle any upper management feathers.

Cons

If someone had told me what this place is really like, I would never have accepted the job. First, you have to clock in and out every day. Even if you're salaried. Presenteeism is the name of the game at this company. You get three sick days per year, which you have to accrue. So, if you're sick for more than one day at the beginning of the year, you have to take unpaid leave. No exceptions. You are not treated as an adult, instead you are micromanaged to the point that you feel parented and even spied upon. The CEO couldn't care less about his employees. Oh, and the five-star reviews about ComPsych are posted on Glassdoor by the human resources department. They are not honest reviews!
