Pros

During my several year tenure working for ComPsych, my co-workers and I try to provide a beacon of hope for every person we come in contact with by providing clinical support, resources, guidance and by trying to meet each person wherever they are at in their life and situation. The organization’s years of stability, commitment to diversity and the supportive encouragement received for professional growth and development over the years by management has made ComPsych a great place to work!

Cons

The work can be challenging at times, as with any position, but is also very rewarding,

Pros

I have worked at ComPsych for 18 years. I appreciate the stability with ComPsych and the ongoing support from HR and upper management. I feel trusted as a Leader and valued as an employee. And very fortunate to be part of a strong Leadership Team,

Cons

It used to be the commute but having the ability to work remote has remove the only Con I had.

Pros

ComPsych demonstrates diversity and inclusion (compared to companies that only pay lip-service to DEI). Employees express feeling safe, appreciated, and respected. The new CEO is wise, respectful, approachable, and motivating. While there is always room for learning for us all, ComPsych is on a great track this year. Anyone considering joining ComPsych at this stage in our growth would be making a wise and satisfying career decision!

Cons

ComPsych is goals-driven and some departments and positions carry quite a large amount of workload. Though resources and trainings are offered on work-life boundaries and balance, it is ultimately up to each individual to establish (and maintain) their own boundaries and balance so as not to feel over-worked and to understand when to speak up if help is needed.
