Pros

Having been with the company for over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing its incredible growth and evolution firsthand while working with talented people. Throughout this time, the company has continually adapted to new challenges and opportunities, and today, it’s undergoing another exciting transformation—focused on digital innovation. What stands out is the strong commitment to investing in both cutting-edge technology and the people who drive the company’s success. This focus creates a dynamic and supportive environment where employees can thrive while contributing to meaningful progress. It’s been an amazing journey, and I’m excited to see what the future holds as we continue to evolve and innovate!

Cons

One regret I have is seeing some truly talented colleagues leave over those years, but it is uncommon for people to stay in a company for so many years. I’m proud to see how ComPsych continues evolving and attracting new talent,

Pros

Supportive co-workers Some managers are helpful Work from home and sometimes down periods depending on time of the year

Cons

Lack of organization No real training to adjust to role Inconsistency in how to do specific operations Would be better with a less is more approach Focuses more on signing on as many customers as possible and overload account representatives with large portfolios Some managers are helpful, some are too busy to assist Sometimes needless zoom meetings that take away time to complete important tasks Pays low for this position Travel policy is strict and makes travel more of a hassle than needed Focus is more on profit than ethically paying the counselors they refer people out to
