Great support from training and on. Kindness from the team and management. Always feel valued and trusted, new growth opportunities arising. Good work/life balance
Cons
Poor pay for important work, little professional training/resources on new coaching products in socio/emotional areas. Feels like the products are created to appeal to customers without actually training the coaches on how to help the clients with these new topics that are more clinical and psychological. This can be very mentally and emotionally draining on coaches.
