Pros

Many remote opportunities for entry level jobs and for advancement. Management is friendly, approachable, and helpful. Team atmosphere, everyone contributes and helps each other out. Have had the 2 best managers I've ever had! They really have your back. Flexibility for using PTO. Freedom to do job without someone looking over your shoulder.

Cons

The pay scale is low.

- The people that I work with, including management, are all friendly and always ready to help out if needed. - Everyone is approachable. - It is always easy to contact someone, even with the remote work environment. - I feel like I am helping people, even if it is in a small way. - My manager is always willing to work with me so that my schedule can accommodate various doctor's appointments.

- No paid maternity or parental leave - Sparse overtime opportunities
