      Pros

      Location of the building. Incredibly easy work.

      Cons

      Terrible management and corporate culture. This is a constant wheel churning out post grads while they find a job they’re actually looking for.

      Your Co-Workers are the best asset for help, not managers or trainers.

      Cons

      This is an extremely hard job for someone who is impacted by the tragedies these employees calling are experiencing. As many have said the managers are obviously concerned about numbers and nothing else. You will get no personal guidance from them or praise ever. You can definitely get conflicting information from different people. I felt training often failed us and did not thoroughly cover many subjects.

      Pros

      The office environment is very supportive. All of my coworkers are helpful and awesome. The building itself is beautiful and there are lots of perks just being here, in the loop everyday. I enjoy my work and there are lots of opportunities for advancement and specialized training. Mondays are fun (free bagels etc), There are snacks on tap and my salary is comparable/higher than my cohort of graduates. This is my favorite job ever!

      The hiring process was involved and took months.
