Great opportunities for overtime, opportunities to make an extra $120 each paycheck, good clinical experience with clients.

Cons

Passive-aggressive communication is abundant and there are no opportunities for growth. There is no consistent communication on company policies and no clear directive on how to handle client calls. There is a lack of support everywhere and employees are often blamed for mistakes.

Little, to no oversight and nearly free reign You will learn very quickly about how to deal with irate people over the phone

Cons

Internal support - what support? Company values - not you, production over everything Customers - usually angry, prepare to get yelled at every day The work itself - monotonous Equipment - they make you use your personal phone and tell you your information is protected, but somehow people still find a way to get ahold of you at your personal number. I might have to change mine.
