      -a sense of community within the individual departments

      Cons

      -Very high turnover due to to the fact that they insist on hiring new graduates with little to no experience who are willing to work for almost nothing. -Lack of structure and leadership -You will be expected to do more than your job title requires -Management not willing to listen to employee concerns -Very little chance of advancement within the company

      Pros

      I think that this is a great company for those just starting out. They offer an ok salary for beginners and the work is not all that challenging.

      Cons

      This company does not offer many opportunities to move up and it is sometimes difficult to move around. The pay is not great for a person with an extensive work history. The benefits are also very expensive.
