      Pros

      Location is great (public transportation friendly). The break rooms are equipped with snacks. Great work-life balance, typical 9-5 job

      Cons

      Lack of morale within the organization, very boring and quiet atmosphere, benefits for mediocre for a benefit provider :/

      Pros

      Free Bagel Friday! The experience you'll get with crisis stabilization. Team Leads are very friendly and approachable. The training is vigorous but you get everything you need to do the job.

      Cons

      Very boring and repetitive work. No face to face contact with clients, very little contact with colleagues. No opportunities to build relationships. Trainer is a bit condescending.
