multiple opportunities for overtime worked with schedule when you didn't have a write up

Cons

Micromanaged changed policies without informing the employees then would provide a final/written write up was told to take a min of 33 calls a day and when that was completed would be forced to still stay on the line and accept all calls

Has all the basic needs as far as PTO, holidays, and good overtime hours.

Cons

All management is condescending and passive-aggressive. I have asked HR to address this issue several times and no one has stopped the demeaning communication. Not honest about hours, pay raises, or attendance policy. The attendance policy is the most ridiculous I have ever seen.
