Pros

This company is truly one of a kind. the people care here. there's a get it done mentality here. they give a ton of flexibility as long as you are getting your work done. if you are a hard worker and passionate you will go far with this company

Cons

there are a lot of older people that work here. they are stuck in their ways so trying to develop processes can be tricky.
