Pros

Compensation Support (Depending on your sales team) Training Team Centric Flexibility Endless Income Large bonus opportunities

Cons

Poor leadership on certain sales teams. Communication gaps with Cross Functional team members (Underwriters, Agency Directors, FSC's) Extremely steep expectations for Agency Leaders and Agency Directors. Uncomfortable and near impossible push in recruiting expectations with sales associates and sales metrics.

Pros

GREAT benefits, really competitive. Great voluntary benefits as well. Competitive Salary. Good company culture with opportunities to become involved with culture groups within Chubb (parent company)

Cons

Corporate America so sometimes there is quite a process to get a promotion- it's very time in service date.

Pros

Provides the Flexibility to work at own leisure. Unlimited income but you must shake hands and make cold calls, residential as well as through phone. They provided me captured leads to upsell

Cons

There is not much training provided. It took two weeks to get a work Ipad because supposedly someone stole the sim card out of the last company unit!
