Cons

Pros

This company has good and affordable supplemental products. Great bonus structure and mileage reimbursement. Agents are recognized and rewarded for their production.

Cons

What is taught in 2 week sales school is not dublicated in the field. Territory managers have poor coaching skills and therefore micromanage their agents. Management expects their agents to drop by new small businesses and sell the company and the product in 5minutes it is a hard sell because no one has heard of this company.

Pros

Learn a lot about the areas that you work. Truly a door to door sales job.

Cons

The people hired typically have not sold insurance and do not know much other than the products sold
