Pros

Hard to get started, but once you "crack the code" you can make some good money. Of course you have to be great at sales to make it work.

Cons

No real respect between agents, its a dog eat dog kind of culture.

Pros

Great Training ! Opportunity to sell to most businesses anywhere in the U. S. through Worksite Benefits. Free leads. Work as a independent agent with Company backing, or possibility to work as a captive agent with full benefits and 401K and Stock Purchase Plans. Always have opportunities for advancement. 100 year old company . Good products available. Work life balance is very good after you are established.Lots of good things available.

Cons

Well it is commission based sales. So in the beginning, as with ANY Commission based pay it’s always a little more difficult, until residuals also kick in. There is driving to be done and the price of gas is not helping. But that’s not really a negative against the company but it is a fact that it is a decent expense.
