Potential to make a lot of money. Create your own schedule

Cons

although the flexibility sounds good, if you are someone that needs structure then this job is not for you. You must make yourself work everyday, knock on many doors and hear a lot of no's-if you do this every day, you may begin to make some money-It's a job that is not for everyone, but, there is money to be made.

I worked here for over 3 years and have enjoyed my experience. My spouse transferred out of state or I would have gladly stayed. It was fun, collaborative and great work environment. My thoroughly enjoyed my team.

Cons

No real cons, I enjoyed my time there. If I had to offer any feedback, I would say the IT systems were a little antiquated.

Pros

Very supportive coworkers and management. They will help you through every process imaginable. If you have a goal and you don’t know how to reach it they will help you the entire way through until you meet that goal. I have never worked with such an amazing company that understands we are people not just workers.

Cons

Long hours in the beginning until you get the process under your belt, but even that pays off in the long run.
